By accessing or using CastZero software and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. License Types and Pricing

2.1 Free License

  • 1 minute streaming per session
  • 3 minute cooldown between streaming sessions
  • No cost, available to all users
  • Limited to testing and evaluation purposes

2.2 Pro Monthly License

  • Price: $10 USD / ₹800 INR per month
  • Unlimited streaming time
  • No cooldown restrictions
  • Automatically renews monthly unless cancelled
  • Can be cancelled at any time

2.3 Pro Yearly License

  • Price: $100 USD / ₹8,000 INR per year
  • All Pro Monthly features
  • 17% savings compared to monthly billing
  • Automatically renews annually unless cancelled
  • 30-day money-back guarantee

2.4 Lifetime License

  • Price: $500 USD (one-time payment)
  • All Pro features included
  • No recurring payments
  • Lifetime updates and support
  • Bound to a single hardware device

3. Hardware Device Binding

All paid licenses are permanently bound to a single hardware device:

  • License activation generates a unique hardware ID based on your CPU and motherboard
  • The license can only be used on the activated device
  • Users cannot deactivate or transfer licenses between devices
  • Device unlinking is only available through admin support with valid justification
  • Changing hardware components (CPU/motherboard) may require license reactivation

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information
  • All prices are in USD or INR as specified

4.2 Automatic Renewal

  • Monthly and yearly licenses automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Renewal can be disabled in your account settings

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Yearly Licenses: 30-day money-back guarantee (full refund if requested within 30 days)
  • Monthly Licenses: Prorated refund for unused days if cancelled mid-cycle
  • Lifetime Licenses: 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Free licenses are not eligible for refunds
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use CastZero for:

  • Live streaming production for personal or commercial purposes
  • Integrating wireless cameras with OBS Studio or similar software
  • Broadcasting live events, sports, weddings, or IRL content
  • Educational and training purposes

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Share your license with multiple devices or users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or modify any license validation mechanisms
  • Use the software for illegal streaming or copyright infringement
  • Resell or redistribute the software
  • Use the software to violate any laws or regulations

6. Grace Period

Expired licenses receive a 30-day grace period:

  • After expiration, the software continues to function in Pro mode for 30 days
  • Grace period allows time to renew without service interruption
  • After 30 days, the software automatically reverts to free mode
  • Local license data is cleared when grace period expires

7. Intellectual Property

CastZero and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws:

  • CastZero software, logo, and branding are our property
  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software
  • You do not acquire ownership of the software

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of CastZero is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Video streams are processed locally and never sent to our servers
  • License validation requires minimal data transmission
  • Hardware ID and device name are collected for license binding
  • Usage analytics are anonymous and optional

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 "As-Is" Basis

CastZero is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Compatibility with specific hardware or software
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Zero latency in all network conditions

9.2 Performance

While we strive for sub-100ms latency, actual performance depends on:

  • Your local network speed and quality
  • Camera device and wireless connection
  • Computer hardware specifications
  • Concurrent network usage

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license
  • We are not responsible for lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption
  • You use CastZero at your own risk for live production

11. Termination

11.1 By You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund current period
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your license if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Payment fails repeatedly
  • You share licenses across multiple devices

12. Updates and Changes

  • We may update the software with new features, bug fixes, and improvements
  • Updates are provided free of charge for active license holders
  • Some updates may require license revalidation
  • We reserve the right to discontinue features with notice

13. Support

  • Free License: Community support only
  • Monthly/Yearly: Email support within 48 hours
  • Lifetime: VIP priority support within 24 hours

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
