30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At CastZero, we stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not completely satisfied with CastZero, we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.
Eligible Plans
The following plans are covered by our refund policy:
- Pro Monthly ($10/month or ₹800/month): Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Pro Yearly ($100/year or ₹8,000/year): Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Lifetime License ($500 one-time): Full refund within 30 days of purchase
Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Refund requests apply to the most recent billing cycle only
- Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy may be denied
- Refunds are only available for the first purchase (not for renewals after using the service for extended periods)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@castzero.in or use our contact form
- Provide Details: Include your email address, order/transaction ID, and reason for refund (optional)
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Receive Refund: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- UPI/Net Banking (India): 5-7 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your paid license will be immediately deactivated
- You will lose access to unlimited streaming and Pro features
- Your account will revert to the Free plan (1 minute sessions, 3 minute cooldown)
- Any saved settings and preferences will be retained
- You can re-subscribe at any time in the future
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after using the service beyond the initial 30-day period
- Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions
- Refunds requested after the 30-day window has expired
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Third-party services or integrations purchased separately
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
- Pro Monthly: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Pro Yearly: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current year
- Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund; you must request one separately
Fair Use Policy
CastZero reserves the right to:
- Deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive
- Limit refunds to one per customer per 12-month period
- Investigate accounts with repeated purchase/refund patterns
- Permanently suspend accounts found to be abusing the refund policy
Currency Considerations
Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase:
- If you paid in USD, you will receive a refund in USD
- If you paid in INR, you will receive a refund in INR
- Currency exchange rates may vary between purchase and refund dates
- Payment processor fees are non-refundable
